The Remodeling Process
Keep it simple. This isn’t to say there aren’t complexities within remodeling – there often are. But, we aim to keep the process simple and relatively headache-free as we work together from pre-installation to final punch list. We set a clear scope of work, we price it, we communicate expectations, we schedule and manage the trades, we commence the work, we continue to communicate, we walk through the final punch list, then we complete it. (And yes, we prefer to finish just once!) As we’re communicating and reviewing the scope of work on a weekly basis, there should not be any surprises – only a clear goal, resulting in a fantastic project.
